to my old diary, Fernandina.

It’s been a long time since I last wrote to you about so many things. Do you still remember the times that I ranted and raved a lot about life? I guess you do.
Well...anyway. I’m an incoming advertising arts junior in the University of Santo Tomas, and I’m loving every single moment of platework and all that stuff. And since I’m on a summer vacation, I guess this is the right time to reminisce my early teenage life.
Six years ago (or maybe more than that), I was considered the crybaby of the batch. But despite all these, I was the class secretary and a consistent honour student. Plus, I used to watch “chick” series (mean girls included—aside from animated shows) and read teen magazines and junior high novels as my guides to fit in the crowd, and because of these, I tried to be someone I’m not. (Yeah, I cared too much about how people think.) But that will change later—I may still be an introvert, but I take pride in being the best I wanted to be. It may be meeting a new pal or getting a grade of one—you get the picture.
Talk about crushes. Looking back, I’ve realized that I’ve written too much about a certain guy that starts with an L. Yes—that dude I used to like since fourth grade until he went away in 2005. Whenever I remember the times I cried over him, I would laugh out loud and think, “THIS IS THE STUPIDEST THING I’VE DONE ON PLANET EARTH!” Because of this, I learned not to stalk over someone, especially when I’m in like. Plus, daydreaming of a marriage at such a young age is just plain weird. (Come to think of it, I never thought about it—especially when my succeeding ones are involved here. *straight face*)
Okay. Fast forward to the present. As I’m about to turn twenty this August, you can say that I have matured a lot. Nah—I still believe that I’m young at heart. I may be the type of person who prefers watching animated shows and GP-rated movies—but I guess I have learned a lot about my past experiences. And oh, by the way, I doodle a lot these days. (Wish me luck!)
I guess this is the end of the road for ya. Stay cool~

P.S. I’m currently listening to t.A.T.u’s “All The Things She Said.” Earlier this afternoon, I watched the movie entitled Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. This one’s pretty awesome—kind of makes me think of featuring them in my next underground artwork. HAHAHA. Just kidding, honey.
