my last (?) hurrah of summer.

Tomorrow will be the first day of my junior year, and I’m still not ready to end my summer season. Plus, my mind is still fleeting from my early college memories—most especially, those ones in my freshman year. But later on, I realize that I should let go and move on.
Let’s look at the brighter side of things. I just had a camera, which I named it Starbomber Bazooka-D5000 (Baz for short), so that I could compensate on my photography skills. And since we advertising juniors will take up photography classes for the whole school year, I think having a DSLR is much more of a requirement than a luxury.
Then, let’s talk about school matters. I would really like to bring the Baz tomorrow for practice shots, but for starters, I’ll just resort to lugging along my binder notes, pens, sketchbooks, and unfinished doodles. After all, the first week of school is all about subject orientations…and some random stuff. (Not to mention, I’m going to meet my so-called pals and orgmates once again.)
Last, but not the least, I’m going to post such random things. In the news, Noynoy Aquino and Jejomar Binay are elected president and vice-president, and for that, I’m going to post my orgmate Brikko’s rendition of the new president as my congratulations for him.
All hail the new president, Benigno Simeon "Noynoy" Aquino III.
On the showbiz side, Jovit Baldovino won the Pilipinas Got Talent. He may not have the looks of a matinee idol, but everyone was captivated by his powerful voice—which made him the champion. On the other hand, Pinoy Big Brother’s certified teen drama queen Tricia Santos was kicked out of the house. If that’s the case, she’ll make it big once she becomes an actress. HAHAHA. Very funny!
And on the side of gaming, a new generation of Pokémon will take over the world this coming fall 2010 (in Japan). All of them will be introduced in the two new games: Pokémon Black and White. I know, I have seen some spoilers regarding these ones, but it’s much better if I’m not going to divulge the details. (And to think that it's my brother who plays the games, not me! HAHAHA.)
Well, that’s all for now. Good night!
